Autumn (Late September–November) — Best Overall
Crystal-clear skies after the monsoon.
Stable weather and excellent visibility.
October is considered the most popular and reliable month for EBC trekking.


Winter (December–February)
Fewer crowds and beautiful views.
Very cold, with temperatures dropping below -20°C at higher elevations.

Monsoon (June–August)
Frequent rain, clouds, muddy trails, and flight delays.
Generally not recommended for first-time trekkers.
